Why staff will ask what is wrong with you when you call….

Our staff are here to help.

They will ask why you want to see a GP/an indication of your problem.  This is so they can signpost you in the right direction or allocate you to the correct clinican.  Our staff have been highly trained by GP’s and other Health Care Professionals  – please do not be offended when asked.

By finding out a little about why you are attending, also helps GP’s triage appointments and emergencies.
