In recent weeks it has been noted that we do not have up to date telephone numbers for a lot of our patients.  This causes great difficulty when we are trying to contact you for various reasons.

Please can you ensure we have your up to date details – you can easily do this by clicking on the “Update my Details” box on our website homepage.  Even if we have the correct details, it gives us an opportunity to check.
