Text Service – do we have your updated mobile number?

Overtoun Medical Practice now have a text service which offers the following:

• Text Confirmations of all your appointments within 30 minutes of making it
• Text reminders of all your appointments around 24 hours prior to your appointment time
• The option to cancel by replying “CANCEL” to the text you receive
• Text requests to attend for annual or 6 monthly health reviews for example Diabetes, Asthma, Hypertension etc.
• Texts to remind you of public holidays etc.

If you are currently not recevieing texts, then we do not hold a  mobile number for you.  Please can you update the Practice by completing this form
