Please note that we do not take requests over the telephone.
If you require regular medication, the doctor will issue you with a computer-printed reorder form. Requests may be made by submitting this form and allowing 48 hours before collection.
Prescriptions will be returned through the post if a Stamped Addressed Envelope (SAE) is enclosed.
You can now request your prescription via our online service, ask at the Reception desk for details, or you can request via this website by selecting the appropriate button.
If you require and item that you have had before, but does not appear on your repeat slip, you should attend the Practice to complete a white “Acute Prescription Request Form”. Please allow 48 hours before collection.
Remember to plan ahead; order in plenty of time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not run out of medicines.
If your Pharmacy normally re-order your medication for you, please direct any enquiries to them. We are often asked about medication which local pharmacies deal with and are unable to assist.
