Patient suggestions welcome

As part of our drive to improve patient experience, we have set up a suggestion box in the waiting room.  There are suggestion forms for you to complete and post into the box.

We will look into all suggestions and if you leave your contact details we can contact you and advise on any outcomes.

You can also remain anonymous if you wish to.

Please note that if you wish to make a complaint, then you should follow the correct complaints procedure and not use the suggestion box for this purpose.
