You can use this to:

• Request continuation of fit notes, remember to tell us the duration!
• Book routine appointments, remember to tell us the reason!
• Prescription enquiries
• Any other general enquiry

Please always tell us your name, date of birth and reason for email.  We will always reply to you the same day as our inbox is monitored by all staff throughout the day.

It may be quicker to contact us this way instead of hanging on the phone.
