Coping with Death – the practicalities, emotional factors and supports available

Nobody wants to be in the situation where you have to cope with the death of a loved one, however we will most likely all find ourselves in this position at some point in our life.  The attached information is a guide to help you deal with the practical issues, as well as what you should expect emotionally.  There are also some useful phone numbers of organisations who can offer support at your time of loss.
