Appointments

Appointments may be made by telephoning 0141 531 6010. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist in oversubscribed situations.  Patients are requested to phone after 8.00am for routine appointments and enquiries.   Same-day appointments are often available, to be used for emergencies only.   Routine appointments can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance, sometimes more at GP discretion.

Out of Hours

Weekends and Night Cover

By dialling 0141 531 6010 you will be connected to Out Of Hours Service or, dial NHS 24 direct on 111 who will provide medical attention to our patients when the surgery is closed. Please remember that this is an emergency service only and not for long-standing or non-urgent problems.

Text Messsaging

We run a text service for your appointments, so providing we have your updated mobile number, you will automatically be opted in to this service.  We will send you a confirmation of your appointment and then a reminder usually around 24 prior to your appointment.  You can also cancel your appointment by replying the word CANCEL.  If you try to cancel too close to your appointment it will not accept it and you will be sent a further text to tell you this.

If you fail to attend 3 appointments within 6 months, you will be asked to leave the Practice and you should register elsewhere.
